About Me

My Mission is to provide meaningful insights, leadership support and subject matter expertise to successful companies in transition

  • Lisa Withers LLC was formed in 2016 to support Executives in their careers. I expanded in 2020 to support Strategic Planning in addition to coaching because many of the roadblocks executives have are the misalignment of strategy and operational objectives
  • I have decades long experience as CEO in Public and Private technology related products manufacturing companies. My corporate experience  includes leading an IPO on NASDAQ, mergers and acquisitions, international business management. serving as the senior executive in Operations and Board of Director Governance.
  • I hold a BS in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco, certification in Executive Coaching from IPEC, an ICF accredited program, and have served as Director on a number of corporate and not for profit Boards. 
  • I am grateful to have learned from and partnered with leaders in the consulting industry and aways look forward to the opportunity to team on projects

Client engagements

  • Interim CEO/ Leadership roles: Project based, call to develop custom proposal and availability


  • Retained Service Agreement: Mid-term projects that require consistent support over several months. Examples include::Executive transitions (on-boarding new management or positions, due diligence/changes associated with Mergers and Acquisitions), and/or guidance on strategic and organization planning coupled with Executive Coaching to support positive outcomes. Minimum of 3 months, $2,500USD (estimated at 10hrs per month).  Flat rate includes 2-3 day on-site every 4-6 weeks with  travel expensed at cost to client


  • Individual Coaching: One-on-one foundational work to support the alignment of personal and professional goals and objectives of CEO’s and Senior Managers.

          Recommended 3-6 sessions, 1 per month: $250.00 per session  


  • Group Workshops: Short term workshops to align  business goals and objectives with Senior Management team contributions. Examples include organization assessment, people planning (recruitment and retention) and coaching where applicable. Scope and cost to be determined by project
